The OC (Original Cabbage)

This is the sauerkraut Aksana grew up with and has prepared for friends and family her whole life. It's a mix of fresh white cabbage, carrots, and cranberries, and is delicious right out of the container or as a salad with a little oil and chopped fresh onion.
