Lemon-Dill

A fresher, lighter take on traditional sauerkraut, Lemon-Dill starts with cabbage, then adds lemon, dill, and garlic for a brighter, more aromatic flavor. Fermentation provides the tang, while the citrus and herbs lift and soften it.

This kraut is especially easy to use; it's great on hummus or avocado toast, on grilled fish or chicken, or anywhere you want acidity without heaviness. Light and approachable.
