Classic Kraut

Our most traditional kraut, and the one Aksana grew up with and has prepared for friends and family her whole life.

It's made with just cabbage, carrots, cranberries, and salt, and then naturally fermented to give it a clean, tangy crunch, with no vinegar or sugar added.

If you like classic sauerkraut, this is a great place to start. It works anywhere kraut belongs: With sausages, on sandwiches, or as a simple side. We especially love it over fried or mashed potatoes.
