Cabbage-Beet is an earthier kraut with deeper flavor and color for when you want something different. The combination has a more complex taste that's rich, while bright and balanced.
Tastes great as is, or mixed with olive or sesame oil, boiled eggs, or nuts if you want to make it a heartier side or light meal. The original name of this product was "Georgian Red", as it's a version of fermented cabbage common in that country's cuisine.
It's not made to replace Classic Kraut; it's for when you want a little more depth. It's visually striking, full-flavored, and distinctive without being heavy. This is sauerkraut with character.
